About Medici Travel Insurance

Medici Travel Insurance was established to offer UK customers - with pre existing medical conditions - with travel insurance at competitive prices.

Our primary goal is to provide good quality travel insurance that includes cover for people with pre existing medical conditions or disabilities, such as diabetes or heart complaints. We aim, as often as possible, to offer individuals with a quotation for travel insurance based on their own individual circumstances. Using our own experience as insurers, we then look to provide the best price possible.

All our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) by means of a pricing arrangement that allows Medici Travel Insurance to offer favourable rates on premiums.

When making a claim, it must be notified using our claims form - which is available by calling GCS on 0870 899 3363. If you are involved in an emergency when travelling, our customers must contact SAS using the telephone number on the policy schedule (and in the email policy confirmation). Should you need to make a claim, or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct and secure access to our customer database. This enables speedy confirmation that you are one of our customers and that your insurance is in place. However, for data protection purposes, this is all the information they are allowed to access from our database, i.e. they don't have access to all your personal details.
